Hej from here travel writers and lovers! In Scandinavia, it is decidedly turned to fall with crisp weather, foggy mornings and the ivy that scales the building in our courtyard shifting from summer’s green to oranges and reds. I love this time of year. It’s sweater weather! I’m still not finished writing up our travels from summer time and thinking about the pink flamingos we found in the Camargue. What an honor to be chosen as a favorite from last week for my post on Omaha Beach, France. Thank you so much! I love the flamingos. The San Diego zoo is know for its flamingo pond at the entrance, so I’ve loved flamingos since I was a little girl growing up here!
